What happens in the two free sessions?
Session one is a 30-minute online consultation with your matched trainer to discuss your dog's problems. Session two is at your home, where the trainer starts training and builds a bond with your dog.
Why can't I see training plans and prices?
Every dog needs something different. We recommend a plan after the free sessions, once the trainer has met your dog, so you only pay for what your dog needs.
What if my trainer goes on leave?
Consistency is our promise. Sessions run as scheduled, and if a trainer is ever unavailable, Paws Speak arranges cover with your dog's full report history so training does not restart.
What is in the weekly report?
Scores on each skill your dog is working on, compared with the week before, the sessions attended, and trainer notes with practice for the coming week.
How long and how often are sessions?
Each training session is 1 hour. Sessions run Monday to Sunday, on days that suit you and your trainer. The first free consultation is a 30-minute online call.
Are your trainers freelancers?
No. Paws Speak trainers work with us and go through our internal training process before they work with pet parents.
